The food at the hotel had its moments, especially the breakfast—it hit the spot! Loved the spacious room where I could just sprawl out, and the staff? Super friendly and always ready to help.
But the wi-fi was dodgy, making it a struggle to stay connected, and the dining options could be spruced up. There’s not much choice nearby, so you might find yourself in a pickle if you're craving a late-night snack!

The views are absolutely breathtaking, overlooking lush greenery and a serene lagoon. The outdoor bathtub in the Junior Suite with Garden View was a dreamy touch for soaking under the stars. Plus, the service was on point, making us feel pampered every step of the way.

I had a fantastic time surrounded by stunning views and lush greenery. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the attentive staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the inconsistent room temperature at night.

The lack of consistency in service was a real sticking point, particularly noted with the neglect of cleaning. the closet carried an unpleasant odor, and towels were mysteriously missing after a request. Dining, especially at Zachary's, left much to be desired, from subpar steak to pitiful breakfast service, where the coffee was so cold it practically froze the gears of the Millennium Falcon. Overall cleanliness felt rushed or nonexistent, which made the stay less enjoyable.
